Our products are designed with great care and we’re very confident that you’ll be pleased with them.
What is your 100% Risk Free Guarantee?
When you receive your purchase - and before you use it, if you’re not totally confident it will do the job it was meant for, or it simply does not fit correctly, then return it, in its original packaging and we’ll either refund or replace it.
What it’s not
This is normally small print. But we’ve printed it large! Our 100% Risk Free Guarantee does not in any way shape or form, negate, take the place of, substitute or replace your statutory rights. In fact, we personally guarantee everything we supply for at least one full playing season! Assuming you’ve taken reasonable care of your kit and equipment - and so has your washing machine! - you can rely on us to replace it.
- We apply a £5 charge to exchange any item personalised with an embroidered badge or logo
- Sale items cannot be exchanged
- We will not accept returns if the item has been worn or used, all returns are subject to inspection
We apply numerous County FA and league emblems. All of the badges we offer are shown in the embroidery category of this website. Please allow up to four weeks for your items to be personalised though this can and does increase during peak times.
Although we aim to keep all items in stock, sometimes due to high demand or supplier challenges we cannot guarantee this. If an item is out of stock, we will tell you when we have more coming in. If you’re happy with that date we will place your order on back order and send the goods to you when they arrive.
Prices include VAT at the prevailing rate (subject to changes in VAT). Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic and production process will allow and that the descriptions are accurate. Slight variation may occur.
All payments are released immediately upon purchase.

Please note that we’re not responsible for return postage other than for incorrect or faulty items (in which case we’ll give you specific instructions about how to return products to us.)
Therefore, please attach the correct postage and as we will not be held responsible for parcels that fail to reach us, make sure you obtain a certificate of posting as proof of postage for any claim you may have to make against the carrier you choose.
